Deposit Procedures:
Due to the nature of the product that we are selling, deposits are difficult to
accept. We are primarily a brokering agent on the inventory and we have several
parties’ interests in mind with regards to the sale of the collateral. If the
bidder would like to leave a deposit on the unit and secure their bidding
position, we will administer that deposit with certain stipulation. The first
stipulation is that the bidder has inspected the collateral and is fully
satisfied with the condition of the collateral. Furthermore, the bidder
certifies that there are no additional conditions to the sale unless submitted
to us in written form and approved by the seller. The bidder further agrees
that the deposit is non-refundable.
This deposit will hold the unit for 3 days from the receipt of the deposit,
unless special arrangements have been made in written form with our office.
Beyond that specified time period, the dealer has the discretion to sell the
unit to other bidders. Dealer considers an acceptable deposit to be ten percent
(10%) of the sale price unless other arrangements have been made. By singing
this form, the bidder acknowledges that they have read all of the conditions of
the deposit, agrees fully with them, and accepts the consequences of their
action.

KING RV. ALL UNITS ARE SOLD IN THEIR "AS IS" AND "WHERE IS" CONDITION
WITHOUT REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS,
IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL SALES ARE
FINAL. KINGRV AND/OR SELLER MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS,
WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO ANY UNIT. YOU
ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ENSURING THE PURCHASED UNIT IS
ACCEPTABLE, ROADWORTHY, AND/OR SEAWORTHY.
THE PRICES POSTED ARE SUGGESTED BID PRICES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE PRICES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
